Following the Rivers of America Closure for the new Cars Area Disney plans to build, the Walt Disney World Railroad has received a NEW layout, going back and forth between Main Street U.S.A. Station and Fantasyland Station! This new route includes new audio featuring Disney’s popular STITCH Character as he helps the conductor conduct the train and even blow the whistle of the Steam Locomotive! This is the second time the Walt Disney Railroad has gone backwards, the first time being when Splash Mountain (now Tiana’s Bayou Adventure) was being built by the Frontierland Station! This new, modified route for the Walt Disney World Railroad will continuously run until construction on the river wraps up, Disney has yet to give any information on when that will be.
