As Universal Orlando Resort gears up for the official opening of Epic Universe on May 22, select guests will have the chance to preview the park starting April 17. Here’s how to purchase a ticket to a preview on the new theme park.
Annual and Seasonal Passholders, active 2025 Military Freedom Pass Ticket holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and guests staying at any Universal Orlando hotel can purchase preview tickets. Additional groups will gain access to preview tickets in the coming weeks. Note that during the preview period, some experiences may be limited as final preparations continue for the grand opening.
To sign up for a preview, log in to your Universal account with your Annual Pass or Freedom Pass attached. You may only buy one ticket per annual pass on your account. You can purchase the annual pass preview tickets here. You may also call Universal at (866) PASS-4-FUN.
Universal Rewards Signature VISA Cardmembers can use a code provided through email to purchase multiple tickets. If you need a new code or did not receive one – call FNBO Credit Card Customer Care at 866-329-6001.
If staying at an onsite hotel during Epic Universe previews – you can purchase a ticket during your check in. Some dates may not be available. If you’re booked at Grand Helios you’ll have guaranteed entry for the preview and can purchase these at the hotel.
If you’ve already purchased tickets to Epic Universe, you can change to a Preview Ticket if you wish, call Universal at (866) PASS-4-FUN or visit Guest Services at Universal Studios.
Helios Grand Hotel guests can also take advantage of a dedicated entrance to Epic Universe that is accessible from the hotel lobby (valid theme park admission required) as well as theme park benefits that are exclusive to Universal hotel guests – including Early Park Admission to select Universal theme parks – which will expand to include Universal Epic Universe beginning May 23, 2025.
