regular dining rotation, there’s no cost to eat at Worlds of Marvel on your sailing. And you’ll automatically be assigned to eat here on at least one night.

The restaurant hosts an interactive show during your meal with – no surprise – a Marvel-based plot. There are two shows; depending on the length of your cruise, you’ll see one or both. The first show is Avengers: Quantum Encounter. This show is hosted by Ant-Man and the Wasp, with a plot fueled by Pym tech.
On longer cruises, guests may visit each dining room twice. For these sailings, Worlds of Marvel has a second show: Groot Remix. This time around, you’ll join Groot and Rocket for trivia and entertainment, backed by an “Awesome Mix” soundtrack.

If you’ve done the math, you’ll know that on a week-long cruise, a third of the guests will make a third visit to each dining room. For guests with three visits to Worlds of Marvel, there isn’t a third show. Instead, one of the nights will be used for Pirate Night. The same is true for guests on a four-night sailing who visit Worlds of Marvel twice.
So, how about the menu? Disney hasn’t leaned into a single unifying cuisine here. Instead, they’ve leaned on the diverse backgrounds of Marvel superheroes to make a variety of global influences fit the theme. Vaguely Eastern European inspiration? Ah, must be from Sokovia. A classic Nordic dish? Thor to the rescue! Indo-Asian flavors? Kamar-Taj. And anything at all could come from the cosmopolitan kitchens of Wakanda or the labs at Pym Tech.
Now for the nitty gritty. If you’re not sure how you feel about the show at Worlds of Marvel, the good news is that you can mostly ignore it. But it will impact your dinner in two noticeable ways. The show displays on screens around the room, and you can follow along lightly or simply not watch. But you’ll still hear it, and it can be pretty loud. If you’re sensitive to noise, you can request a quieter table before your cruise.
If meal time is family time for you, you’ll still have some time for conversation, as the show is made up of segments that play with breaks in between for service. But the flip side is that your service is timed to the show, which means that dining at Worlds of Marvel usually takes between 90 minutes and two hours. If you’re in a rush, letting your server know is the way to go. But hurrying the pace of your meal means that you will miss the ending of the show.
