Walt Disney World has released resort room-only discounts for November & December 2025 for Florida and Georgia with savings of over 50% off select nights through Christmas Day. This post shares the details of these special offers, best dates to save the most money, plus sample pricing, commentary, analysis & other info.
As we explain below, this can be the best of the newly-released holiday season discounts at Walt Disney World. It’s definitely better than the general public 20% off deal, but whether it surpasses the 30% off Annual Passholder discount comes down to the dates you choose, availability, and whether you want to book these specific resorts.

Per Walt Disney World, here are the deal details: Florida and Georgia residents can enjoy holiday savings on rooms, with rates starting from $129 per night, plus tax for a standard room at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort! Plus, take advantage of other great rates at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
This offer is valid for stays most nights from November 16 to November 29, 2025; and December 12 to December 25, 2025:
$129 Per Night, Plus Tax for Standard Rooms at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
$199 Per Night, Plus Tax for Preferred Rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
$299 Per Night, Plus Tax for The Lion King Family Suites at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
$319 Per Night, Plus Tax for Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
$429 Per Night, Plus Tax for Savanna View Rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
$449 Per Night, Plus Tax for Resort View Rooms at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Walt Disney World claims that other savings may be available. Perhaps that’s when calling, as via the online search, I’m only seeing these resorts via the Florida resident deal.
Here are the terms & conditions and offer exclusions worth mentioning:
When booking the Georgia resident offer, your credit card or payment method must be associated with a Georgia billing address. Proof of Georgia residency may be required at check-in. If a valid ID cannot be presented, the non-discounted room price will be charged for the duration of the stay.
When booking the Florida resident offer, your credit card or payment method must be associated with a Florida billing address. (All of the language about proof of Florida residency at check-in that’s normally present is missing; I’m assuming that’s an oversight. I always had to show my ID when taking advantage of Floridian rates.)
Both offers exclude the following room types: 3-Bedroom Villas, Resort View Rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Standard View and Standard View – 5th Sleeper at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, and Little Mermaid Standard Rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
Alternatively, if you want to take advantage of either discount but want someone else to do the work, we’d recommend requesting a FREE no obligation quote from Be Our Guest Vacations, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and having them book for you.
They will happy to assist you with the planning process, help you choose the most economical dates, best add-ons, and so forth. Notably, they also monitor reservations and can retroactively apply new discounts if a better deal is released to save you more money.

This search is for the night of November 18, 2025. On the rack rate chart spectrum, this is one of the more reasonably priced times of the year to visit Walt Disney World in 2025.
Similarly-priced dates can be found throughout October through December, minus school breaks and holidays. Once you get to the week before Christmas, all bets are off. Rack rates jump dramatically. The interesting thing is that some of these prices are fixed, meaning that you can find availability for peak season dates at the lowest prices.
Take a look at the results for this Christmas Eve search:
All Star Sports actually decreased in price by a penny, for reasons beyond me. While some of the prices did go up, that’s a matter of the specific room types eligible for the discount no longer being available.
The big thing to note here is that Saratoga Springs and BoardWalk Inn did not increase at all! Look at their base rates skyrocket between the two screenshots. Despite that, the discounted price holds steady. This is similar to what we saw with the scorching summer Disney+ deals, resulting in rates that were over 50% off for some dates.
As you can see, those discounted prices for All Star Sports, Saratoga Springs, and BoardWalk Inn are also all over 50% off. This is only going to be the case for certain dates (when rack rates are higher), and you also might have difficulty stringing together multiple dates with availability.

We could attend the last Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights, and then enjoy a relaxing Festivus, Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at one of our absolute favorite resorts at Walt Disney World. We’d even splurge on a Christmas feast at Cake Bake Shop to enjoy that resplendent winter decor.
Not that I’ve already planned this out in my head or anything. It almost makes me want to be a Florida resident again! Seriously, if you are a resident of Georgia or Florida, go live out our holiday WDW dream for us! We’ve done something similar before, and it is a fantastic experience. (Well, as “fantastic” as possible during COVID when we couldn’t spend Christmas with our families.)
I would also add that most of these resort and room combos are excellent. While our favorite family suites at Art of Animation are Cars, the Lion King ones are no slouch–and at a time of year when using the Skyliner will be perfect. The recently-redone studios at Saratoga Springs are really nice, and having easy access to Disney Springs for dinner is great. I’ve already said enough about how much I love All Star Sports over the years, but I should note that it’s great to see it included here–underscores the loss of Pop Warner.
Then there’s the Savanna View Rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. The true “staycation” sleeper pick. We love Animal Kingdom Lodge at Christmas, and really love the Savanna View Rooms. Arguably the best room upgrade in all of Walt Disney World. And at a time of year when it’s actually pleasant to spend hours on end on your balcony!
Suffice to say, if you’re an Annual Passholder who is also a Florida or Georgia resident, you should really price out this deal–it very well might be better (and significantly so) for some resort and date combos! On the other hand, the dates in between the peak weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas might very well be better with the 30% off AP rate. And of course, that covers a lot of resort and room combos that are completely excluded from this deal.

This Christmas deal isn’t quite as good, and it also has a more significant barrier to entry (moving to Florida or Georgia vs. spending $7.99 for a month of Disney+), but it still can be really good for this time of year. It also means not visiting when Orlando is surface-of-the-sun levels of hot, which you might find more desirable.
In our other new deal posts, we’ve spent a lot of time discussing how Walt Disney World simply does not need to offer aggressive discounts to fill rooms from October through December 2025. That’s still true, as evidenced by both availability for those lesser discounts and the lower year-over-year percentage savings.
And yet, we’re seeing this FL/GA deal, which can be pretty fantastic. It’s just really, really limited and narrowly-targeted. This suggests to me that we’re going to see more “novel” discounts like this going forward. While the Disney+ offer had a far more expansive eligibility pool, this is nevertheless nice to see. Still, nice to see Walt Disney World trying new things as it pulls various levers!
For what it’s worth, we’re still hoping for another wave of August and September discounts. (Before you dismiss that, the previous Disney+ deal for July travel dates was released a few weeks after the discounts that ran through October 11, 2025. It’s also possible that we don’t see a repeat of that and August and September deals get dumped on Priceline or somewhere else, but as of right now, there’s still plenty of availability for the off-season months–more so than November and December.
Ultimately, the bottom line on this Florida and Georgia resident deal is that it can be shockingly strong if you live in one of these two states and are visiting for peak season dates and want to stay in one of these resorts & room categories and can find availability. Those are a lot of conditions to satisfy, but if you can meet them all, you could be in for a serious treat.
There are some unprecedented savings here of more than 50% off peak season Christmas dates. These are better than 2023-2024, or even 2019, for that matter. This defies what we’re seeing with the other newly-released discounts, so act fast before availability is gone. You can always cancel if you change your mind–you cannot book something once it’s sold out.
