An adult at Universal Orlando is considered to be 10 years of age or older for theme park admission, Express Pass, character dining, and mini-golf. Moms and dads, don’t worry, children under 3 are free. While there is no official age cut-off for guests in the park alone, it is advised that guests 13 and under be with a supervising companion. Finally, for food, there are children’s menus at all restaurants, but no age restrictions are placed on them. Trust me, I love ordering the kids’ mac and cheese from Minion Cafe.
