Jurassic World Dominion is the final film in the Jurassic World franchise and Universal Studios Hollywood opened Jurassic World: The Ride in 2019. It replaced Jurassic Park in the lower lot and Jurassic World: The Ride is a water-based dark ride with a gut-wrenching drop, themed to the Jurassic World film franchise. The ride features many animatronic dinosaurs including the new Indominus Rex. It replaced Jurassic Park: The Ride, which operated from June 21, 1996, to September 3, 2018, which can still be found today at Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios Orlando.
