Package Pick-Up is a free service provided to Universal Orlando hotel guests, through which purchased items in the park can be delivered to their hotels. You can drop off your purchases at a participating location or the store you’re shopping at, and the packages will be delivered the next day to your hotel by luggage services or the front desk. Nearly all shops in the theme park participate in the program, along with Waturi Marketplace in Volcano Bay, the Hard Rock Rock Shop in CityWalk, and the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk. For an up-to-date guide of shops that provide hotel package pick-up, visit the Universal Orlando site.
Did you not stay at a Universal Orlando hotel or buy something on your departure day? Universal Orlando offers a Package Delivery program where you can ship home items from the parks using FedEx. Deliveries to locations that aren’t Universal Orlando hotels will have a shipping fee. Shipping is available at the same retail locations that offer Pick-Up. If you miss that one item at the park, don’t sweat it; buy it online!
